Exchange Policy

For customers in Lebanon: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a purchase.
You can also contact any shipping Courier and have the item delivered to us for return.
Please note any damaged items should be reported within 48hours upon the item being received by the customer.
Any reports from a period exceeding 48 hours will unfortunately be rejected.
In case you would like to exchange your recent e-purchase online, please send us an exchange request by contacting our customer service on +961 76 590 659.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Policy

The delivery service is in Lebanese territory and worldwide.
Within Lebanon, items are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days following the purchase.
Internationally, items are usually delivered within a week following purchase.
An additional fee of LBP30,000 will be added to your total purchase amount as a delivery fee.
Our delivery service is through Wasel and you can rest assured that your purchase will be handled with the utmost care.
Additionally, the items will be insured against theft and accidental damage.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your airway bill number. This will enable you to track your purchase.

We require a signature from you or anyone at the delivery address that you have specified for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. You accept that evidence of a signature by anyone at your delivery address is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or anyone at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.
On occasion, Wasel may refuse to deliver your order if they are of the opinion that the shipping address is considered to be unsafe.
